Shipping information: All items will be shipped UPS with a tracking number. All items to be personalized will take about a week to be shipped out.If we have the items in stock we will be able to do rush orders with an extra fee depending on the item and size of the order.

Refund Policy: Items personalized cannot be returned.If items are damaged in shipping we will replace the item for free. However,UPS will need proof of damaged item.Do not throw the damaged item away until you hear from us. We will not be responsible for incorrect spellings e-mailed to us.So,Please double check the spelling of the name to be personalized before you send the order in. Cancellation: You have 24 hrs to cancel an order once the order is placed.
