What We Do

The items for personalizing are of really good quality. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully go through the details of the order and try our best to fulfill the requests. Personalized items unfortunately cannot be returned.This page does not allow you to place orders but you can e-mail me with your request. We will calculate the shippng costs and send you an invoice through PayPal. Once the payment is received, we will go ahead with your order and ship it to the address provided by you.

Shipping information:

 All items will be shipped UPS or USPS. All items to be personalized will take about a week to be shipped out. If we have the items in stock we will be able to do rush orders with an extra fee depending on the item and size of the order.

Refund Policy:

 Items personalized cannot be returned.If items are damaged in shipping we will replace the item for free. However, UPS will need proof of damaged item. Do not throw the damaged item away until you hear from us. We will not be responsible for incorrect spellings e-mailed to us. Therefore, we ask you to please double check the spelling of the name to be personalized before you send the order in.

Cancellation: You have 24 hrs to cancel an order once the order is placed.
